RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Company's compliance program with an emphasis on risk assessment and mitigation. Review and evaluate operational policies and procedures. Measure actual performance against established policies and procedures. Evaluate compliance within operational departments. Assist programs/operations with review of contract compliance. Analyze and digest contracts with an emphasis on contract compliance and deliverables. Draft and execute audit plans and write detailed audit reports. Support the development and updating of human rights impact assessment reviews. Recommend policy and procedure changes where warranted. Track and measure distribution of information to global team. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related field and at least two years reviewing and auditing processes and policies. Familiarity with FCA, FCPA, FAR preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinker. Solid research and drafting skills Ability to analyze risk and collaboratively explore and identify mitigating solutions. Self-motivated and hard-working, with a drive for results. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or direction. Ability to translate data into meaningful information. Ability to comfortably interact and clearly communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
