The Receptionist supports and assists the Corporate office in daily administrative duties. The person who will fill this important role will be responsible for interacting with office visitors and clients to ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will be a personable and enthusiastic individual.This position is critical to the successful operation of the office and is a key factor in contributing to a professional environment.+ Receiving incoming calls+ Handling visitor and employee requests+ Act as a liaison between departments, when necessary.Education & Experience:+ High school graduate.+ 1 year Administrative experience, preferably for Senior Level Executives.+ Compute accurate mathematical calculations.+ Must have good understanding of the English language.+ Good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to:+ work scheduled shift: Weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.+ perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.+ prioritize and organize.+ take shorthand or speedwriting.+ type 40 wpm accurately.+ be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.+ follow directions thoroughly.+ understand guest’s service needs.+ work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.+ work with minimal supervision.+ maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.Crestline Hotels & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
