SUMMARY Represents the company in a positive and professional manner while greeting visitors, answering telephone, and directing calls. Works closely with Operations Team to ensure company success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Answers the telephone in a professional manner; directs calls to appropriate individuals, and/or takes messages • Works closely with operations team to complete tasks as assigned • Provides office oversight to ensure inventory is purchased as needed and equipment is operational • Manages meetings and conference space • Completes Accounts Payable tasks including invoice and expense reports as well as cash management • Assist with Capital Reimbursement for HUD • Payroll support for Corporate Employees, processes payroll bi-weekly • CMS Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) support, submits PBJ reports to CMS quarterly • Manages Sharepoint homepage MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Highly organized SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N.A.
