Job DescriptionJob Duties & Responsibilities: Perform receptionist duties, greeting public, referring them to appropriate staff members, answering phone, routing calls, and taking messages. Assist staff with administrative duties as requested. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail. Maintain front desk area, keeping it clean and free from clutter. Uses word processing software to create documents as needed Monitor office supply and notify Supply Chain of needs Produce mailing labels as requested Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers. Facilitate special event registration and execution Assist with various program operations as requested as responsibilities permit. Maintain Presidents email and assist President with duties Job Requirements: High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience Typing skills of at least 50 WPM Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member Able to effectively use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others High degree of discretion dealing with confidential informationCompany DescriptionBiovation Labs is a dynamic company that does private label and contract manufacturing of nutraceutical products that can be found online and in major health and nutrition stores.
