Job Description Must have excellent telephone skills and the ability to maintain the book, which is used to schedule our court reporters, and there is no margin for error in that particular function. Answer inbound telephone calls, greet and assist onsite guests. Assemble transcripts and packages for delivery. And other duties as required in a small office. Previous office experience is necessary, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary with a strong attention to detail. Will consider a mature person.
