Job Description
Veritude is hiring for a receptionist at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA
Primary Responsibilities
General Office
Phone coverage (answer all calls to main line, screening or forwarding as needed; back up coverage for Partners’ lines that are not picked up)
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Facilitating and monitoring guest visitor parking access
Conference Room management (scheduling, resolving conflicts, WiFi access, maintenance)
General office supply orders (kitchen, office, copiers, etc.)
Maintaining kitchen and office equipment
Catering – organizing Monday weekly lunch order and other misc. events.
Journal distribution (hard copy/email) and subscription renewal
Website updates and IT tickets (as needed)
Board /Presentation printing and production, as needed
Scanning documents
Mail Distribution (US, UPS, FedEx, arranging couriers)
Back-Up support for administrative team
General administrative tasks upon request
Finance
Assistance with execution and management of confidentiality and consulting agreements
Processing of recurring invoices
Deposit monthly commuter benefits checks
Receptionist
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree strongly preferred or related work experience
2+ years of Office Support experience, however will consider recent graduates for right fit
Skills and Knowledge
Must be a “people person" and enjoy meeting and greeting
Must have a high level of energy and a positive “can do" attitude
Ability to work well within a team environment
Polished communication skills and professional maturity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Proactive with work duties and responsibilities
Highly organized & punctual
