AMI Expeditionary Healthcare?s COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination division is looking for an experienced Pricer to support the newly formed testing and vaccination division. This division focuses on providing COVID-19 testing solutions to federal, state, county and municipal clients. In addition, the division has recently been awarded a large contract to administer a COVID-19 vaccination program. The Pricer has responsibility for analyzing requests for proposals/quotations requirements, providing guidance and recommendations to develop executable proposal plans of action, identifying risks/opportunities, and coordinating artifacts required to meet milestones and ensure compliant cost proposal responses.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and collaborate with proposal teams and cost element functional owners to develop appropriate basis of estimate and substantiation of costs estimates, proposals and other related business decision data.Participate in competitive strategy meetings regarding contract language, terms and conditions, cost/price, and schedule requirements.Prepare customer margin and special pricing analysis.Conduct competitive analysis to identify and set price-to-win targets in coordination with capture lead/teamPrepare and present detailed cost/price briefings, to include pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, pricing strategies, research and other key financial metricsCreate, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets for use in compiling financial reports, charts and graphs as needed for senior managementAnalyze staffing, revenue and profit projections for our existing contract portfolioQualifications, education and certification:Bachelor's DegreeExperience building proposals utilizing pricing systems, estimating & pricing tools and processesFamiliarity with pricing all contract types (FFP, cost reimbursable and T&M)Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, vlook up)Prefer Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and ProjectMinimum 2+ years direct experience with government contracts and subcontractsExperienced with the competitive procurement processes in government acquisition. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and multi-task.Preferred Qualifications:Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a highly dynamic and diverse team environment with the ability to work across business units/functions and tailor communication to all skill levels within the organizationAbility to work both independently as well as in a team environment and be highly responsive to the needs generated by the day-to-day activities of management and the organizationMust be able to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment with strict deadlines.Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.
