DescriptionSUMMARY: The Assistant Testing Logistics Coordinator assists with activities related to high-stakes testing for the purpose of fulfilling state and school testing needs and requirements, and assists with corresponding data collection and reporting functions. Primary duties include but will not be limited to: printing, copying, mail-merging labels, creating name tags, generating sign in sheets, stuffing envelopes, and loading digital files to SharePoint.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assists with managing logistics for all state required assessments including sorting/packing/shipping of testing materials; Properly handles all school-wide testing materials ensuring compliance with state mandated requirements for maintaining test integrity and security; Assists with ongoing efforts to collect, maintain, and verify student data; Participates in the design, revision, production and distribution of student name tags and security tags; Assists with preparation and distribution of math formula sheets and calculators, to include bar-coding, scanning and tracking; Helps disseminate pertinent information to appropriate school personnel;OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The below statements are intended to help describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma AND Two (2) years logistics or clerical experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates and Licenses: None required.OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Communicates effectively both orally and in writing; Excellent organization and time management skills Professional experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint); Advanced skills in Excel including filtering/formatting/data manipulation Ability to travel up to 10% of time Ability to pass required background checkDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior knowledge with creating folders and uploading files to SharePoint Knowledge of mail merge and how to print labels and name tags
