Minimum two (2) years of research experience. Also required are combinations of the following skills: Expertise in tissue culture (mammalian cell lines) Primary immune cell culture (experience with T and/or NK cells preferred) Isolation of white blood cells from blood or other biological specimens Magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS) Functional cell-based in vitro assays, such as Proliferation Cytotoxicity (ADCC and/or CDC) Apoptosis ELISA and multiplexed cytokine (MSD or Luminex platform) Multicolor (4+ channel) flow cytometry including autonomous use of flow cytometer(s) and flow analysis software Transfection and/or transduction Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
