We are looking for an energetic Product Marketing Manager to join Ellucian's Marketing organization in supporting the growth of a leading, higher education-focused technology company. Enabling our customers' success is at the core of everything we do. Ellucian has an extensive team of Customer Success Managers working closely with our customers to ensure they are realizing the maximum value from our solutions and provide trusted guidance that enables their success. This role will help drive the marketing strategy, positioning and messaging, and marketing enablement for this Customer Success Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B enterprise software and/or in the educational technology/higher education space. More importantly, we're seeking someone with the skills and qualities that will make them successful on our team ' strong communicators who are motivated, thoughtful, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented will thrive in our environment. Specific responsibilities include: ---Developing thoughtful marketing strategies that maximize our Customer Success Management (CSM) team's impact on our customers ---Identifying high value marketing initiatives across our portfolio and executing enablement programs for our CSM team ---Creating assets needed to support the product and portfolio strategy, e.g., website copy, case studies, infographics, videos, product demos, presentations, white papers, data sheets, etc. ---Determining external channels for dissemination of solution messaging including channel partners, websites, professional events, social channels and groups, etc. ---Developing and executing against annual and quarterly marketing plans designed to raise awareness, establish our reputation as a global thought leader and drive customer success ---Serving as CSM domain expert to feed insights back into the Product Marketing team to improve effectiveness of solution campaigns ---Working with CSM organization to support customer value and retention programs.
