Job Summary: This highly visible position delivers on our commitment to outstanding customer service through daily interaction with our customers. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are primarily responsible for processing inbound customer requests and soliciting sales from current and prospective accounts to enhance TCI's profitability. They support sales & marketing efforts and partner with the local sales force to grow business. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily and meet or exceed the requirements listed below. These requirements are not all-inclusive but are representative of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Responsibilities / Main Activities: 1) Answering inbound telephone inquiries/requests from customers 2) Process tire orders and supporting documentation as requested 3) Generating external sales through phone solicitation of current and/or prospective accounts 4) Performing any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Management, which may include but are not limited to - - Loading/unloading of outbound/inbound trucks and processing of supporting paperwork as needed - Organizing and moving of tires in the warehouse as needed - Pick up and Delivery of products as needed - Assisting with cycle counts and quarterly inventories as needed Requirements / Qualifications: 1) Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of MAST & other TCI vendor products, TCI pricing programs, and TCI promotions to provide accurate information to customers 2) Ability to pick, load, unload tires weighing up to 50 lbs. while bending and twisting. 3) Valid, Non-Commercial Driver's License 4) High School Diploma or equivalent 5) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc) Benefits: - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Company-match 401k - Paid Holidays and Vacation - College Tuition Reimbursement - Life and Disability Insurance - Employee Tire Rebate/Purchase Program Prospective candidates will go through a pre-employment interview.
