Ensure requirements for assigned orders and Prime, Commercial and Government accounts are met
Work with internal resources, Buyers, Vendors and Sales to keep Customer updated by providing order status, serial number information, licensing information, carrier and tracking, etc to internal and external customers
Identify, track and drive RMA situations to closure with Customers and Vendors with minimal expense and exposure of carrying cost, restock fees and freight charges to Iron Bow
Document customer and order activity in Oracle as required
3 – 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing or related experience
Excellent planning, written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines and learn in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize requirements, work independently and in a team environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience using Oracle ERP a plus
