Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Receptionist for a temp to hire opportunity in the greater Sacramento area. The ideal candidate will answer phones, meet and welcome all guests, and direct clients and calls accordingly. ?Compensation for this position ranges from $13-16 per hour depending on experience. ?Job duties include but are not limited to: - Providing information to guests and directing/transferring calls as appropriate - Answering a high volume of calls in a professional manner - Greeting walk-in guests with a customer-focused approach - Maintaining and ordering office supplies - Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, creating and formatting reports, etc. - Other duties as assigned in support of office personnelWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
