TechOps supports technology across all facets Altruista Health client delivery, enterprise services and individual end-user support. As such there is continuous stream of large and small TechOps projects and services to manage. This position will be filled by a dynamic individual with strong organizational and people skills and a willingness to adapt to multiple, concurrent workstreams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Gather, organize, track and maintain business requirements for TechOps needs. * Create delivery timelines and manage resources to the tasks (MS Project or similar Gantt tracking solution preferred). * Establish a methodology of monitoring overall delivery against requirements using performance indicators and built a program of continuous improvement as a result. * Facilitate Change Control meeting and the associated processes and tracking tools (ITIL training is preferred). * Identify the best-fit Solution Delivery Life-Cycle for TechOps projects and build templates around it. * Participate in TechOps strategic planning efforts contributing to both technical and process solutions. * Help manage overall time tracking and utilization of TechOps resources. * Work with the Business Process Transformation & Change Management team to create appropriate training and roll out materials. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Advanced degree in technology, business management or related field (or complementary work experience). * Project Management Professional (PMP(r)) or willingness to become certified is a plus. * Must have at least 3 years of project management for technical projects. * Must have at least 3-5 years of project management experience along with the experience and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. * Should have working knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks such as SCRUM and SAFe * Must have strong PC skills, with proficiency of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. * Must have working knowledge of enterprise applications such as Jira, Jira Service Desk, Smartsheet and SharePoint or similar collaboration and tracking tools. * Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues, summarize findings, and make meaningful recommendations. * A working knowledge of the fundamentals of the US healthcare industry is highly desired. * Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, courtesy and diplomacy with clients, colleagues and supervisors, with a focus on rapport-building and problem-solving. * Must be detail-oriented and well-organized. * Demonstrated ability to problem solve using negotiation and listening skills. * Demonstrated ability to use assertiveness when needed in decision-making.
