Key Responsibilities include: Providing service excellence in all interactions with guests and staff. Effectively process patients and visitors through facility safety protocols and maintain awareness of environment at all times. Answer incoming phone calls as per facility policy and procedure. Maintain confidentiality at all times as per HIPPA, State and Federal guidelines. Provide clerical support as needed. Position Requirements: Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
