ReceptionistThis is a temp to hire position, $15-16/hr based on experience.Job Responsibilities:Greets visitors and signs in visitors, notifies appropriate company personnel of visitor arrivals and directs visitors appropriately.Maintains and updates executive as well as conference room calendars.Performs admin duties for executives as requested.Maintains and updates vehicle, communications and other company equipment logsAssists payroll dept by checking that field personnel time cards are complete and accurate.Assists payroll dept by checking that field personnel reported expenses are accurate prior to approval.Ordering of supplies and break room supplies.Coordination of janitorial services with vendor.Responsible for maintaining verifying company Amex/credit card expenses in conjunction with Accounting dept.Perform other tasks as required by managementEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:The successful candidate MUST:Bilingual skills required! Must bable to communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish. The candidate must also have the ability to read and write in professionally in both English and Spanish.Possess a Bachelor s Degree or have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar environment (growing business that is dynamic and customer focused).Be proficient or have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (or similar applications), Internet functions. Proficiency in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management system). And/or ERP application is a plus.Be professional in appearance and communication.Have strong interpersonal as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be highly organized and able to coordinate different tasks.
