We are looking for a top selling Insurance Sales Representative to join our award winning team as an Agency Manager. The candidate must be a leader with a winning attitude, organized, team player and a go getter with high expectations. Responsibilities & Requirements Manage our agency and our licensed sales professionals in dealership to help them be better producers Sell home, auto & life to our customers Must be a competent, confident, self-starter Make warm calls to current dealership customers Network within the community to bring in new business QualificationsPersonal Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills mandatory Must be at ease interacting new people in person and over the telephone Must be a competent, confident, self-starter Effective organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are required Willingness to learn and be coachable Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily Able to create a relationship from a cold start Ability to close the deal and handle rejection Ability to retain knowledge regarding underwriting guidelines and general insurance rules and regulationsTechnical Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and general office equipment skills and the flexibility and ability to learn new applications and systems Strong familiarity with PC operating systems Property & Casualty, Life & Health License (preferred)2 plus years of experience as Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative preferred, but not required. We are willing to license and train the right candidate. EducationHigh school diploma of equivalent (GED)Bachelors degree preferred Hours This job may require irregular working hours.
