The Marketing Manager will focus primary on Content Marketing and will be responsible for content that inspires, drives thought-leadership. You will develop compelling, dynamic content that engage and move our audience to action.
We’re looking for a team player that works effectively and in collaboration with various Marketing resources in different locations.
Strengthen our value proposition by developing engaging thought-leadership pieces that convey the “why" and “how-to" of Conduent throughout the Buyer’s journey.
Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives for all channels including online, social media, email, video and in-person
Define and help execute key public sector campaigns in targeted states: Demand Generation – Develop campaign strategy and themes, map different content types (“snackable" short form, long form) to the different buyer stages
Create relevant content for blogs, webinars … on an ongoing basis for our buyer personas
Experience running Account-Based Marketing programs.
Collaborate with sales, operations, research, executives and external writers to align on holistic content strategy.
Proactively track, monitor, analyze how content marketing is driving leads and is building brand awareness.
Other marketing responsibilities could include some social media marketing activities (~15%) and seasonal events planning.
All other duties as assigned. Desired Skills & Experience
5-7 years of relevant marketing experience required with 3+years’ experience with running content marketing and demand generation campaigns
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
Must have knowledge of public sector stakeholders, trends and challenges and previous experience working in public sector
Social media savvy familiar with the tone of social media (transparent, authentic…) - blogging experience is a plus
Experience with CRM Salesforce.com, webinar platforms and marketing automation tools like Marketo
A keen enthusiasm for everything Digital Marketing
A willingness to embrace change and experiment
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of projects in a cross-functional environment as well as the ability to multi-task in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work independently and with various levels of management in our group,
No need to have specifically worked in large companies, start-up experience and government agency experience accepted.
BA/BS in Marketing (MBA in marketing is a plus) (MBA in marketing is a plus)
