IAT-III Certification requirements require one or more of the following: CASP CE CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCEDGCIH Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience coordinating with government entities preferred TS/SCI Clearance (Background Investigation ≤5 Years) Desired Qualifications: Advanced Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree Experience managing DoDIN NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and/or security Experience developing and maintaining enterprise Cyber Security Engineering requirements Working knowledge of DHS, DISA, and USCYBER network standards, policies, and procedures Experience supporting DHS and/or United States Coast Guard (USCG) cyber security missions Education Requirements: Bachelors of Science or Technology degree in a related engineering/technical Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, plus relevant experience as a Cyber or Information Security Engineer is required to meet managerial expectations. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education. Clearance Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a Top Secret/SCI. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A CI polygraph examination may be required for some of these positions. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Highlights of Responsibilities/Skills: Perform Security and Information Assurance (IA) services that protect the USCG portion of the DoDIN from cyber threats, both foreign and domestic, leveraging cyber security systems and Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) and information sharing activities across DOD, DHS and other federal agencies. Support Security and IA activities in support of Intelligence Community (IC) and other mission partner cybersecurity efforts, ensuring that strategic planning objectives and their resulting development capabilities align and support the Federal Information Security and Management Act (FISMA), National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace, National Strategy for Homeland Security, and the National Infrastructure Protection Plans and policies. Certification and Accreditation (C&A) - Provide technical, administrative, and security management services by conducting IT evaluations and assessments, and performing documentation support services for USCG System Owners and other relevant commands Cyber Security Authorization Process (SAP) - Prepare SAP packages and conduct SAP activities for new and existing SBU information systems in accordance with all applicable Federal Regulations, organizational policies and procedures to include DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), USCG and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 series Continuous Monitoring – Review, update and publish all cyber security artifacts to support unclassified and classified cyber security efforts within USCG using prescribed tools and maintain any relevant security artifacts Contingency Planning/Disaster Recovery (DR) – Support USGS contingency planning/DR process services Information System Security Officer (ISSO) – Provide support services to various ISSO personnel located throughout USCG facilities and vessels worldwide Security Evaluation Support - Provide cyber security information support, cyber security analysis support, share-point site support and general cyber security support, and Web Applications Security Program (WASP) Company Description River Front Services, Inc.
