The social media coordinator will aid in the planning, development, and implementation of social media strategies and tactics to support our efforts with government and private sector clients around the world. You?ll be focused on social media strategy and delivery, including strategy development, client counsel and engagement, and team management. What you?ll be doing: - Manage day-today communications with clients and ICF teams - Collaborate, coordinate, plan with various ICF teams to develop cohesive marketing plans - Manage end-to-end implementation of campaigns including deliverables and budget - Partner with ICF executives and senior staff to shape insights and recommendations for clients - Develop status/progress reporting on campaign initiatives - Support design thinking efforts around marketing consumer engagement tacticsWhat you need to succeed: - Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Sociology or related field - 3+ years? experience in social media marketing and working or interning at a PR or advertising agency - Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools, social media content development, social media management, analytics and listening tools - Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, as well as work independently when required - Comfort working with remote teams and in a fast-paced environment Professional Skills: - Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - Firm grasp of time management and handling competing priorities - Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information - Enthusiasm and energy around business growth and communications - Follow-through, reliability, and accountability are must-haves ICF offers an excellent benefits package, an award winning talent development program, and fosters a highly skilled, energized and empowered workforce.
