Restoring Families.® Essential Responsibilities:Greet all visitors in a courteous and professional mannerGreet and/or dismiss students assuring appropriate procedures are followed Answer general phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner and direct calls/take messages as appropriateCoordinate psychiatrist schedule and follow up as needed for missed appointmentsEnter daily attendance into the Newport system in a timely, accurate manner Submit client lunch orders in a timely, accurate manner Maintain contact and emergency contact lists for staff and studentsAssist with maintenance client information in Electronic Medical RecordAssist with admission of new clients to insure a smooth program integrationConduct calls to community providers to thank them for referrals and coordinate communication with clinical team Keep accurate records of team/staff meetings and distribute as appropriateMaintain office supply room/inventory and coordinate ordering Perform other duties as assigned. Associates Degree preferred.2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant desired. Highly proficient or working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, One Drive.Position is subject to background check and pre-employment drug screen.
