Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for multiple mid-level All Source Research Analysts to support the Intelligence Community (IC) in providing analytical support to a diverse, forward-leaning team and a dynamic and rewarding mission. The ideal candidate will be a mid-careerist with several years of experience conducting analysis and research, preparing assessments of world events, developing and maintaining analytical procedures in collaboration with IC partners, and collecting data to support IC activities. A multi-INT background, with a working knowledge of either HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and/or GEOINT is preferred. Good sound critical thinking skills will be crucial to the candidate's ability to positively impact our customer's mission in unique, innovative ways. The candidate must be a self-starter, but also proficient in working in a team environment. Analytical experience in the WMD mission is preferred. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in collaboration with our customer's staff to support their critical mission. He/she will help the team guide the development of advanced ideas and analytical findings into final products and/or briefings. This position demands a candidate who is able to work independently as well as under the occasional guidance of our customer's staff analysts. He/she must be able to communicate well with the rest of the customer team to make professional connections within the customer organization and beyond. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. A working knowledge of searching IC databases is required and a working knowledge of Google Earth and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. This position is located in Northern Virginia. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required NGMSCIMS CYBERINTEL Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in military history, political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence analysis, or other related discipline and five (5) years of experience in military intelligence issues. Four years' experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance * Broad knowledge of customer organization and contacts within that organization * Ability and willingness to help others adapt to rapidly changing customer environment Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
