Leveraging deep industry and technical expertise, Industry teams will enable our sales teams and partners deliver relevant, high-quality solutions and services to empower our commercial and public sector customers to lead the digital transformation of their industries **Responsibilities** + Partner with Enteprise Commercial Leads, Sales Directors, ATU Managers, ISEs, Industry Pods and T400 AEs to drive industry-specific growth, and identify solutions and programs needed to drive customer impact and transformation. + Assess and improve industry acumen through direct engagement and coaching with Field leadership and other regional/area resources to enable a more customer industry aligned approach across the buying scenarios + Actively represent the company?s view point in key regional Industry events and executive sponsorship of key strategic accounts + Review regional T400 plans from an industry point of view + Partner with CELA & NAP to increase addressable cloud market and increase Cloud Mix. Remove blockers through policy, industry councils & industry showcases + Coach and drive regional DWR opportunities; Triage, approve and escalate top deals. + Aggregate regional insights on their respective industries, amplify best practice sharing, and deepen industry capability talent in each area + Spot regional industry specific barriers to sales/consumption, and provide guidance & support to local teams; prioritize and escalate issues and executive requests + Deliver feedback to Corp on solution performance, solution maps and product/service capability and gaps. + Hire, develop and retain top industry talent to support the region in delivering their strategies **Qualifications** You are an inspirational Sales leader and coach and demonstrate Executive presence, both internally and externally. You are recognized as a Leader in the Customers and partners executive circles. Your drive Business Performance thanks to Influencing for Impact and a strong cross-group and cross-countries Collaboration. You are a thought Leader in M&R Industry and have a strong Industry expertise based on a significant (10+ years) Industry solution selling experience, combined to great knowledge, and connection, in the Regional market.
