Scheduling Management Specialist - II * Junior and Senior levels also available* * Clearance: Top Secret/SCI * Location: Chantilly, VA * Years of Experience: 6+ Years * Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Description Develops and manages schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Works with Government to establish and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Develops and manages a project or program schedule that will effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders. Links tasks, resources, estimates, and budgets to allow critical path management (CPM) analysis. Publishes the IMS to a SharePoint site for use by Government personnel and provides support to junior schedulers in the collection of data, collating, and interpretation of timelines. Evaluates contractor schedules for realism, quality, performance, and risks and performs cost and schedule risk analyses to determine a probabilistic cost and schedule at project completion. Works with clients and teams to develop and monitor project schedules and establish and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Develops and manages multiple projects and program schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders for portfolio management. Interfaces with the client or internal program management on scheduling issues relevant to the assigned program and prepares and presents briefings on schedule status and program health to varying levels of management. Provides earned value management, resource loading of schedule, establishment of project management processes, and schedule risk analysis. Mentors and trains other users, as required and works in a multi?stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment. Own It!
