Job DescriptionLivonia Real Estate office seeking to fill a part time receptionist position.The ideal candidate must be customer service and detail oriented, computer savvy with the drive to learn and have excellent communication skills. The position will consist of a mixed schedule - some days, some nights and some weekends. Our office hours are M-TH 9-8, F 9-7, S 9-5, S 10-5. Were looking for someone who is self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Real Estate experience is preferred but not required as we will provide training for the right candidate.-Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls and route calls appropriately-Schedule appointments-Complete daily calendar tasks-Creating, and managing all aspects of MLS listings and all related documents needed for listings.-Processing pending deals and closings.-Support Real Estate agents and other staff members as required.-Maintain office equipment and appearance-Opening and closing the office-Performing clerical duties as needed; maintaining and restocking of office supplies and inventory.-Processing photos for agents and marketing brochures/post cards$10-12/hour
