**Cloud Security Architect, Cloud Security Architecture Group - Oracle Global Business Units (GBUs)****Preferred Qualifications**As a member of the of the **Cloud Security Architecture Group, Oracle Global Business Units (GBUs)** , you will work closely with Product Development, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Service Operations, and Cloud Dev/Ops teams to provide security architecture and security assurance services for the Hospitality, Food and Beverage Industry SaaS offering?s in Oracle?s Industry Cloud.Database, application, and network architecture experience - in a Cloud operating model - is required to support the transition of products into cloud friendly patterns.Additional Qualifications:+ Familiarity with secure configurations of Microsoft, Linux, and Oracle products is a must.+ Experience supporting PCI, PII, GDPR, and highly confidential data environments is a must.+ Ability to communicate with business, technical, and operations persons to drive strategy and facilitate change.+ Knowledge of risk based approaches to mitigate vulnerabilities in complex environments.This position is an opportunity to impact the practical solutions and strategic direction of Oracle's next-generation Hospitality, Food, and Beverage SaaS offerings.Position Location: Strongly prefer candidates based in DC Metro Area or based on East Coast.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~end**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
