Job DescriptionThe Interim Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a range of functions, to include branding and positioning, sales support, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and more. Position Details: Executes marketing tactics to drive qualified buyers to assigned communities Execution of regional media plan; Work with Media specialist to hit deadlines and with designers on creative development Process and manage all Division requests for marketing projects and MRIS listings for assigned neighborhoods Help manage, maintain and execute each marketing project, demonstrating leadership and ownership throughout the entire life cycle of the project Collaborate with internal and external marketing resources (Ad agencies, designers, printers, vendors) for delivery of projects on a timely basis Draft creative briefs to give design team direction Serve as a liaison and collaborative partner between all internal departments to ensure cohesive strategies and integrated campaigns. Manage the production process for all marketing materials Manage and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring effective and economical allocation of resources. Consult with Divisional sales leaders and Vice President of Corporate Marketing on new marketing strategies, creation of integrated marketing plans and programming; including promotions, media plans, ads and collateral Develop with Vice President of marketing monthly reporting and communication on the accomplishments, challenges and work in progress for each division to be distributed to the Division and Leadership teams Work to ensure that proper brand guidelines, policies and procedures are current or updated as necessary Respond to unscheduled and unplanned marketing needs with a positive, can-do attitude Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Stanley Martin Position Standards: Team player Attention to Detail Ability to multi task and prioritize Positive attitude and self-starter Strong Communications skillsPosition Requirements: BA/BS Degree in marketing, communications or business 2-3+ years of marketing experience Strong leadership skills; team player with an independent working style Outstanding creative judgment and familiarity developing advertising creative in all forms of media. An ability to think both creatively and strategically. Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture.
